Certificates can be added in their module or in their permit sublog. All of the added certificates (regardless of where they were added) are displayed in the Certificates module.
To add a certificate:

Click
next to the certificate type you want.

Complete the Certificate Application section. Some input boxes can be left blank, but all the boxes marked as required need to be completed.

Click Save

When you are ready to request the certificate, click Submit. Its status changes to Requested.
