The remaining sections (the sections that follow the Certificate Application section) can only be completed by the users assigned to the certificate’s configured roles.
To assign a role:

Click Roles
in the role selector bar.

Select the appropriate j5 user for each role from the option lists.

Click Save
You might not have the necessary permissions to assign all of the roles. Unassigned
roles will need to be assigned by another j5 user with the appropriate permissions.
