Click Filter Builder
on the toolbar.

On the Filter tab, click More.
The More Filters dialog box displays.

Select the new filter make current, and then click OK.

Click Apply Filter.
The software applies the selected filter to the current database.

To toggle off the current filter after applying it, click
in the Filter Builder.

To exit the Filter Builder, click Close.

Click Turn ON/OFF Filter
to toggle on and off the assignment of the current filter to the current database.
