Generates a list of documents that either have not been published or have been modified and need to be published again or have been deleted since the last publish.
Documents must be up-to-date and the required Discipline property must be defined in order for the documents to be available for publishing. An error message displays if one or more of the documents found by the Find Documents to Publish command do not meet this criteria. All items matching the publish criteria continue through the process.
The SmartPlant > Find Documents to Publish command looks for the following:
