Create and Load of Meta Schema by EFServiceManager - Integration - Update 44 - Help - Hexagon

This step is a one-time operation done by EFCommonUI or EFServiceManager per session (interactive or batch processing). The tool Adapters and EFClient should not create and load the meta-schema. Instead, they should use the navigation capabilities provided by the Schema Component to get to meta-schema objects created by EFCommonUI or EFServiceManager.

1. Create container composition for the meta-schema.

2. Create container for meta-schema objects.

3. Create container for meta-schema messages.

4. Populate the meta-schema container with meta-schema objects.
