This interface is largely redundant with IEFAdapterArray, but it allows for a tool returning the ObjectStati array (as opposed to populating the array) in GetObjectStatiInTool and GetRelationshipStatiInTool. If a tool adapter is implemented in .NET (rather than Visual Basic 6), then it should implement this interface and return the array in these methods.
