CAESAR II Version
12

Controls the number of objects the software can draw during a single idle cycle. CAESAR II draws the model whenever your machine becomes idle, that is, whenever any interaction between you and the computer ceases. For example, there may three or four idle messages between keystrokes. On slower machines, it may increase performance to lower this value, and vice versa.
