MTO_Quantity Consolidation

Create group-by properties

  1. To assign group by criteria to requisitions, click Quantity Consolidation.

  2. In the Group-By Properties tab, click Add Row.

  3. Type the number in the Seq cell and then select the Property from the list.

  • If the project default 'ZR_REQ_MOD' is set to 'E' then for all those MTO Types, for which requisitions exist, insert/update/delete are not allowed in this block.

  • If the project default 'ZR_REQ_MOD' is set to 'W' then for all those MTO Types, for which requisitions exist, when the user tries to insert/update/delete the data in this block, an alert appears which gives him/her an option to choose from allowing the modification or disallowing it.

  • If the project default 'ZR_REQ_MOD' is set to 'I' then for all those MTO Types, for which requisitions exist, insert/update/delete are allowed in this block.

  • If you have the privilege 'ALLOW REQ DATA MODIFICATION', then even though the project default 'ZR_REQ_MOD' is set to 'E', an alert appears when you try to modify the requisition setup data, for which requisitions exist. Hence you can choose to allow the modification or disallow it.

  • You are not allowed to modify data here when MTO Option is 'Balance'.

  • Group-by properties for Balance MTO will be updated automatically every time you add or delete a child MTO Type.
