Requisition Status

  1. On the Home page, click Requisitions > Requisition Status

  2. Click Add Row.

  3. Enter the status name in the Status cell, and the description in the Short Description and Description cells.

  4. To indicate Default, select Yes in the corresponding cell.

    If a requisition is created manually in the Maintain Requisitions page or by an MTO job, this requisition gets the Default status assigned. Only one status can be defined as the default status in a project.

  5. To indicate Production, select Yes in the corresponding cell.

    If a requisition is closed i.e. it has been released to procurement, this requisition gets the production status assigned. Only one status can be defined as the production status in a project

  6. To indicate Approved, select Yes in the corresponding cell.

    If a requisition is approved, this requisition gets the approved status assigned. Only one status can be defined as the approved status in a project.

  • Each Status should be unique within a project.

  • A requisition must have a Status assigned to it.
