This page allows you to select SmartPlant Electrical item types for which the software extracts data for SAP.
Item Type
Select the check box beside the item type name to include items of that type in the data file.
Alias
Type an alias corresponding to the alias recognized by SAP for matching the data. For more information, see your SAP System Administrator.
Layout
If you defined a layout for the item type in the Tabular Editor, you can select the layout to determine which data fields are included and the order in which they appear.
Filter
If you defined a filter for the item type in the Tabular Editor, you can select it to filter the data.
