These properties define the ports.
Port 1 - Plain End – Type 1
The plain end does not add any additional graphics. You use this end if, for example, Shape5 is threaded as a rod, is a stub, or is to be welded to some other object.

1007 – Eye |
Enter the "thickness" of the eye, which needs to be compared against the opening in the connecting item, to check if the thickness of the eye fits into the opening. This value will be equal to Thickness1 (that is, the thickness of that rod end). |
Enter the smallest size of pin or bolt that will fit inside the eye, usually zero. |
Enter the largest pin or bolt that will fit inside the eye, Needs to be taken from the catalog specs. |

Port 1 - Bolt End- Type 4
This end type is rarely used in a strut as the strut end would be a bolt-head. The rod end codelist includes this option so it is implemented for the strut as well and may be useful to represent some types of threaded connections.

Port 1 - Nut (Female) End- Type 5
If the end of the strut is a female port, threaded or not, use this type. The port orientation for this type is opposite to all of the other types, so it coincides with the orientation of the connected male threaded port.

Port 2 - Other
The other end of Strut_B has a port type of Other for connecting to Strut_A. The orientation of the Z-axis of this port is opposite to the connecting port on Strut_A. In assemblies, these ports are connected to each other with a revolute joint, allowing rotation around the Z-axes (twisting).
