These properties define optional geometry of the rod.

IJUAhsOffset1::Offset1

Specifies the location of the RodCenterType feature shape along the rod.

  • If Offset1 is 0, then RodCenterType shape is centered along the rod length.

  • Otherwise, Offset1 is calculated from End1:

IJUAhsThickness1::Thickness1

Specifies the thickness of RodEnd1Type and RodEnd2Type.

IJUAhsLength1::Length1

Specifies the length of RodEnd1Type and RodEnd2Type. For a spade end, the length is calculated from the port to the base of the spade. For round and square ends, the length is the same as RodCenterType length.

IJUAhsDiameter1::Diameter1

Specifies the outside diameter of RodEnd1Type, RodEnd2Type, and RodCenterType.

IJUAhsOverLength1::OverLength1

Specifies the length of RodEnd1Type that extends past or ends before End1.

IJUAhsOverLength2::OverLength2

Specifies the length of RodEnd2Type that extends past or ends before End2.

  • If OverLength is 0, the rod end coincides with the port.

  • If OverLength is positive, the length of the rod increases beyond the port.

Example: Spade end rod

  • If OverLength is negative, the length of the rod decreases before the port.

Example: Anchor rod embedded in concrete.

Length (reported in the bill of material) is not affected by over length. RepOverLen1 includes the over length.
