In the Symbol Editor, open the desired symbol.

Select Format > Style.

On the Style dialog, from the Style type list, select Text.

From the Styles list, select a style and then select Modify.

On the Modify Text Box Style dialog, select the Paragraph tab.

From the Font list, select your locale-specific font.
The value in the Language field will change automatically to the language for the font that you selected.

Select OK to close the Modify Text Box Style dialog.

On the Style dialog, select Apply.

Repeat steps 4-8 for each style in the Styles list.

On the Style dialog, select Close.
