The run time priority indicates the priority of a job when it is run. This value is also known as the "nice value" in the qmgr interface. Valid execution priority values are:
IDLE
NORMAL
HIGH
REALTIME
A REALTIME process preempts all other processes, including the operating system.
Intergraph recommends that you avoid using the REALTIME priority.
