The StructMfgProfileProcessAndMarking.xls workbook defines the process and marking definition rules and symbols. The workbook is delivered to the [Product Folder]\ShipCatalogData\BulkLoad\DataFiles\StructManufacturing folder and is bulkloaded into the Catalog.
Class type SmartOccurrence defined on the PartClassTypes sheet of [Product Folder]\ShipCatalogData\BulkLoad\DataFiles\AllShipCodeLists.xls. Do not modify.
Name of the smart class as it appears in the Catalog task.
ProgID of the smart occurrence rule used by the smart class.
Code list value for the smart class type defined internally by the software. Do not modify.
Code list value for the smart class subtype defined internally by the software. Do not modify.
Occurrence attribute that places the named catalog attribute on the bracket Parameters tab on the Properties dialog box. The parameter also appears in the Head section.
Name of the object as it appears in the Catalog task.
2D symbol file associated with the smart item. Parameters correspond to symbol parameters in this file.
ProgID of a definition class module within the smart occurrence rules.
ProgID of a parameter class module within the smart occurrence rules.
This is the side upon which the profile lay when it was cut.
The neutral axis is the dimension at which the profile length does not change regardless of its curvature.
Shipyards need to control the inverse bending line process. This process is executed if the profile is within the specified curvature limit.
This is processed automatically based on custom rules. These rules can be partially solved by replacing the feature by an alternative representation defined for scallops.
It is required to control coamings unwrap. This is only applicable for profile edge reinforcements.
This is required to set a certain clamp value on a given face.
Profile bevel value passed in to the symbol.
The user defined value passed in to the symbol.
The manufacture as plate value passed in to the symbol.
The unfold value passed in to the symbol.
The weld compensation value passed in to the symbol.
The following parameters are set to use fixed values, rule-based values, or to be ignored:
Determines if a profile part requires margin.
Rule that determines if a profile part requires shrinkage.
Rule that determines if a profile part requires a marking line.
Rule that determines production category attributes for manufactured profiles. The data is added to the SMS_PART_INFO XML.
Rule that determines if you need to change the production condition for a feature. The conditions are cut, mark, and ignore.
Rule that reviews the marking output and determines if there are duplicate marks to remove.
Location line of the profile.
When other profiles are bounded to the profile, the end connection needs to be marked.
When profiles overlap, the lap area needs to be marked.
Fitting marks of the profile relative to the location on the plate.
Reference plane intersection marks in X direction (frame).
Reference plane intersection marks in Z direction (water line).
Reference plane intersection marks in Y direction (buttock line).
User-defined block control mark.
Seam control mark, when the profile is split.
Roll boundary mark in case of a curved profile.
The profile orientation relative to the ship.
Marking of the margin if applied.
Inverse bending lines which become straight after bending.
Knuckle location mark.
Profile hole value passed in to the symbol.
Built up physical connection value passed in to the symbol.
Fitting mark at a profile-to-profile penetration.
Profile bevel mark
Collar mark or symbol.
