Data entities are listed in the side menu when opening Reference Data Sync. The entities are divided into Plant Level entities, and Application Level entities. You can compare or synchronize entities on both a plant level and application level. Any site can be selected, and all plants under it can be opened in the Reference Data Sync module.

These entities are available for selection and can be loaded from any plant and application that are available on the signed in application server. Selecting a data entity exposes a grid layout containing data related to the entity's properties.

Once you have a source and target plant and application selected, any data entity you select loads its content on both panes (source and target). Subsequently, you can perform the following actions on this content: compare data, synchronize data, and generate reports.

The following table lists the available properties for the plant and application level data entities.

If the Options Manager Setting value is a path, for example Catalog Explorer root path, the paths are compared and differences are displayed as errors; however, these differences will not be synchronized.
