Permit for work that requires the application of heat or ignition sources to areas which may contain flammable liquid or vapor. |

Cold Work |
Permit for work that is hazardous but not covered by Hot Work. |

Confined Space Entry |
Certificate used to specify the precautions necessary to limit exposure to dangerous fumes or oxygen-depleted atmosphere. |

Diving |
Certificate used to ensure that it is safe to dive, and that no other activities are taking place nearby which create additional risks. |

Electrical Isolation |
Certificate indicating that electrical equipment is safe to work on. |
|
Excavation |
Certificate indicating that a location where digging activities are taking place has been checked to ensure that no underground services will be affected. |

Isolation |
Certificate indicating that a piece of equipment has been mechanically isolated and is safe to work on. |
