You can use the R.30.05 Process Requisition Line Items screen to display all the requisition line items from the highest un-approved requisition supplements for the selected MTO type. All the missing idents (idents that are not part of any requisition) from the latest MTO job are also displayed. Further, this screen can be used for forcing requisition line items from one requisition to another. Missing idents can be assigned to any highest un-approved requisition supplement. When a requisition line item is moved to another requisition, it will be created with the next available position in the forced requisition. When a missing ident is forced into a requisition, it will be created as a new requisition line item in the forced requisition.

Furthermore, you can update the ident weight using this screen. If the project default ZR_WEIGHT is assigned to an attribute, an additional new field will be displayed on the Line Items tab with the name of the attribute as its label. This field or the Unit Weight database column respectively is used to show and calculate the ident weight. In the example below, the WEIGHT attribute is assigned to ZR_WEIGHT and the WEIGHT field is displayed on the screen.

The R.30.05 screen provides CWS (Core Workflow Screen) functionality. For more information about the Drag and Drop check box and the other core workflow screen features, see Core Workflow Screens.

You can use the Context button at the bottom of the screen to change the display context of the shown line items. The Display Context options are shown in the picture below.

The available options and their meanings are listed below.

  • Shortage Quantities - Only line items with shortage (positive) quantities are displayed.

  • Surplus Quantities - Only line items with surplus (negative) quantities are displayed.

  • Changed Quantities - All line items with an increased quantity differing from zero (0) are shown.

  • New Line Items - Line items that cannot be found on the previous requisition supplement are displayed.

Select the option from the radio group and click OK to apply the selected display context on the Line Items tab. Click the Cancel button to close the box without re-querying the data on the Line Items tab.

The selected display option is only applied once for querying. When you perform the next query in that folder, the settings are no longer taken into account.

You can attach documents, text & terms (only header), VDRs, or attributes to requisitions or requisition line items. To maintain the attachments, either click the Req Attachments button for attachments on the requisition header or the RLI Attachments button for the requisition line item attachments. The D.90.21 Attachments screen will be opened, where you can add, delete, or modify attachments. For more information, see Attachments.
