The SQL*Loader parameter file omi52.par is in the %SMAT_HOME%\SQL\OMI directory. It contains an initial setting of 1 MB that SQL*Loader allocates for its bind array. You may modify this bind array size according to your data volume; higher settings require more memory, but will speed up SQL*Loader operation significantly.
