In the questionnaire, select a node in the left pane.

In the right pane, select a question.

Click Upload Files at the bottom of the window.

On P.20.03 Questionnaire: Window 6, click Upload.

Browse to select a file, and click Open.
The file name appears in the File Name column.

Optionally, type a description in the File Description field.
On the client machine, the C:\tmp directory must exist, and you must have write permissions
to this directory. The documents for questions are stored in the database and must
be downloaded to the client before they can be opened.
