On the A.30.12 Glossaries screen, you can export/import glossaries to/from an Excel workbook.
To export a glossary, click Export. A dialog box opens.
You can choose which data to export. The available options are:

All prompts (without translation) - Exports all prompts available in the database.

All prompts (without translation) - Exports all prompts available in the database with their translations.

Current glossary - Exports the prompts of the selected glossary, including their translations.

All prompts missing in current glossary - Exports all prompts available in the database that are not assigned to the selected glossary.
Click Export to launch the export job.
The picture below shows an example of an exported glossary.
To import a glossary into Smart Materials, click Import on A.30.12. Window 4 opens.
Click Upload to open a file selection dialog. Select the file and click Open. The selected file is uploaded to the application server.
On Window 4, click Import.
