Follow the procedure below to view and modify the RFI attributes using the General tab.

  1. Navigate to Contracts > RFIs.

  2. At the top of the screen, in the green parameter bar, click the Contract ellipsis to select the required contract.

  3. If required, click REFRESH to update the screen.

  4. Click the RFI Register tab.

  5. Click the RFI ID hyperlink. The RFI Details panel appears.

  6. Click the General tab.

  7. Type a unique RFI Name.

  8. Click the Type ellipsis to select the required punch list item type. The available punch list item types are listed below:

    • Clarification (RFI)

    • Deficiency (RFI)

    • Modification (RFI)

  9. (Optional) Click the Priority ellipsis. The available values are listed below:

    • High

    • Low

    • Medium

  10. (Optional) Select a Due Date from the calendar.

  11. (Optional) Attach the RFI related document.

    1. Click the Attachment ellipsis.

    2. Click UPLOAD and then click Choose File to select a file to upload.

    3. Type the description of the document in the Document Description.

      To view or save the attachment, click the attachment hyperlink.

  12. Type a question relevant to RFI in the Question column.

  13. Type an answer relevant to the question in the Answer column.

  14. Click SAVE.
