The Related Project Changes tab is used to relate a contract change to contract change to one or more project changes. The out-of-the-box functionality described below is only available if the EcoSys Projects is also implemented.

  1. Navigate to Changes > Contract Changes.

  2. At the top of the screen, in the green parameter bar, click the Contract ellipsis to select the required contract.

  3. If required, click REFRESH to update the screen.

  4. Click the Contract Change Register tab.

  5. Click the Contract Change ID hyperlink. The Contract Change Details panel appears.

  6. Click the Related Project Changes tab.

  7. Click the Insert Row icon to add a new row.

  8. Click the Project ID ellipsis to select the required project with project changes.

  9. Click the Change ID ellipsis to select the required project change.

    You can add more than one project change to a contract change by adding additional row(s).

  10. Click SAVE. The Project Name and Change Name auto-populate.
