When you select Report Discrimination Data from the Report Manager form, the Discrimination Data form is displayed.

This form creates, copies, revises, and deletes a discrimination data file from the specified directory. The associated record in the project control database is also copied, revised, or deleted as needed.

A discrimination data file is an ASCII file that designates which models will be included in a report. That is, discrimination data specifies the scope of the report. The project control database record specifies the name and location of the discrimination data file that is to be associated with a specific report.

Create – Displays the Discrimination Data Creation form, which creates a new discrimination data file. The associated project control database record is also created. For more information, see Discrimination Data Creation Form.

Copy – Displays the Discrimination Data Revision form, which copies an existing data file. The associated project control database record is also copied. For more information, see Discrimination Data Revision Form.

Revise – Displays the Discrimination Data Revision form, which modifies discrimination data. You can use this option to revise the contents of the discrimination data file, the location of the discrimination file, and the associated record in the project control database. Delete – Displays the Deletion form, which deletes a discrimination data file as well as its associated record in the project control database. For more information, see Discrimination Data Deletion Form.
