Each user can adjust the interactive reports according to his needs. For more information see User Defined Data Queries. For future reuse, these reports must be saved as private or public reports. A private report can only be accessed and used by the user who created the report, whereas a public report is available to all users.
If the user is allowed to create public reports is controlled by the role assigned to the user. The role must have the BIR_SAVEPR menu item assigned and activated to enable the public report option. The picture below shows an example.
For each project where the user should be allowed to create public reports, this role must be assigned to the user on the A.20.06.02 User Securities for Projects screen.
