Each time any information for a supplier is changed, this modification is recorded on the Supplier History tab. This history covers updates and deletions; inserts are not logged.

The information that has actually been modified can be seen in the Table and Field fields, the type of the modification (update or delete) is shown in the Type field. The change itself can be seen in the Old Value and New Value fields. If a record was deleted, the values of all fields are logged in the history. The New Value field remains empty in this case.
If an answer on the questionnaire was changed, the related question is shown in the Question field. The user who has applied the change is shown in the User field. The date of change is shown in the Date of Change field.
