You can define one Group By report per saved report. Once defined, you can switch between the group by and report views using the buttons on the Search bar.
To create a Group By report, you select:
columns on which to group (up to three columns can be selected)
columns to aggregate along with the function to be performed (average, sum, count, and so forth)
The picture below shows an example of a Group By report that displays how much each buyer has bought per component.
And this is the result:
To sort the result, click on a column header and define the sort order in the dialog box.
You can use the buttons on the Search bar to toggle between the report view and the Group By view. To delete the Group By view definition, click Edit Group By to open the Group By dialog box, and click Delete.
