Perform the following steps to reconfigure the 12.2.1.2.0 Domain using the WLS Reconfiguration Wizard.

Open a command prompt window as administrator.

Navigate to
C:\<Oracle_iAS_12.2.1.4_Home>\oracle_common\common\bin

Execute reconfig.cmd
The Reconfiguration Wizard starts.

Provide the location of the 12.2.1.2.0 Fusion Middleware Domain to be upgrade.

Click Next to complete steps 2, 3, 4.

Enter the RCU schema information and click Next.

Click Next to complete steps 6, 7.

Select Topology in the Advanced Configuration dialog.
Do not select the System Components option, these will be automatically configured/upgraded
by the Upgrade Assistant.

Click Next to complete steps 9, 10, 11.

Leave the default selections on the Node Manager dialog. Enter username and password if needed.

Click Next to complete steps 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18.

Ignore the warning and click Reconfig.

Click Next and click Finish.
