Perform the following steps to upgrade the Components Configuration using the 12.2.1.4.0 Upgrade Assistant.

Open a command prompt window as administrator.

Navigate to
C:\<Oracle_iAS_12.2.1.4_Home>\oracle_common\upgrade\bin

Perform ua.bat.

Click Next.
-
Select All Configuration Used by the Domain and enter the directory of the reconfigured 12c domain.

Click Next.
-
Check all prerequisites and select the check boxes when done.

Click Next.
-
Click Upgrade.
-
Click Next.
-
Click Close.
