To get a quick overview of all your open requests for information (RFI), check the Request for Information panel on the dashboard. Requests for information are available for the company registration, the inquiries, and the subcontracts.

The highlighted envelope
indicates that a question has been answered, and the grey envelope 
means that the answer is pending.

By default, the answered RFIs are shown first sorted by the last updated date, and then the pending RFIs.

To change the sort order of the list, click the column header once (ascending order) or twice (descending order).
Clicking again applies the default sort order.

To filter the list, click
and define the filter criteria.
Click Clear Filter in the filter dialog to show all data again.

Click the envelope to open the page with the RFI details.
