Enables you to define or modify the default formats associated with various data types in the application database.
Data Type
Displays all the available data types for which you can specify a format. You cannot modify the data types. The formats appear in the Smart Electrical data model, as defined in the Data Dictionary.
Format
Contains lists of format values you can associate with data types.

The software uses a format defined in Options Manager only if the format for a specific property belonging to the same data type is not defined in the Data Dictionary.

The formats associated with the data types can change for different plants. You can use the default data type formats, or you can create new formats in the Format Manager, which is available with the Smart Engineering Manager installation.
