The Deliverables window displays the drawing and report deliverables that Isogen has generated for the selected pipeline. To open the window, select a pipeline in the Isogen Database View window, and then click Deliverables on the toolbar. An example of the Deliverables window is shown below.

1 - Title bar

Displays the name of the pipeline that you selected in the Isogen Dabatbase View window and the isometric style that Isogen used to process the pipeline. In the example above, the selected pipeline is SG-T1 and the drawing style is Spool.

2 - Drawings panel

Lists the isometric drawing deliverables that Isogen generated for the selected pipeline. When you select a drawing deliverable, the software displays the isometric drawing in the Preview panel.

Double-clicking a drawing deliverable opens the drawing using the software associated with the output drawing file type (if it is installed on the local machine). Alternatively, you can use SmartSketch Viewer, which is delivered on the Smart Isometrics product DVD.

  • When the software opens the Deliverables window, the first drawing deliverable listed in the Drawings panel is selected by default and displayed in the Preview panel.

  • For information about how to install SmartSketch Viewer, see the Smart Isometrics installation documentation.

3 - Reports panel

Lists the report deliverables that Isogen generated for the selected pipeline. When you select a report deliverable, the software displays the report contents in the Preview panel. In the following example, the Preview panel shows the contents of the Cut List report for the selected pipeline.

To open a report and view it using your default text editor, double-click the report deliverable in the Reports panel.

4 - Navigation box

Lists all the pipelines and pipeline versions in the active project that have deliverables generated by Isogen.

  • Use the arrow keys to scroll through the pipelines one-by-one. The Preview panel displays the respective isometric drawing deliverable in turn.

  • Select a pipeline from the list. The Drawing and Report panels update to reflect the available deliverables.

The date and time the selected drawing deliverable was created displays beneath the Navigation box.

5 - Preview panel

Displays the contents of the drawing or report deliverable that you select from the Drawings panel or the Reports panel.

6 - View toolbar

Provides commands for manipulating the view of the drawing in the Preview panel. For example, you can adjust the view to display the entire drawing, or you can focus on specific parts of the drawing. You can also increase or decrease the viewing area. Decreasing causes everything within the Preview panel to appear larger, while increasing causes everything within the window to appear smaller.

Select selects an item in the Drawings panel, the Reports panel, or the Navigation box. When you select an item, the software displays its contents in the Preview panel.

Fit View displays the entire contents of the isometric drawing in the Preview panel. For more information, see Fit all drawing objects within the view.

Pan repositions the drawing in the Preview panel so that you can view another section of the drawing without changing the view magnification. For more information, see Pan the drawing view.

Zoom increases or decreases the display size of the drawing in the Preview panel. You can zoom in to get a closer view of an object or zoom out to view more of the drawing at a reduced size. For more information, see Zoom in on an area or zoom out from a point.

Zoom Area increases the view magnification of an area in the isometric drawing that you define by drawing a fence around the part of the drawing to enlarge. For more information, see Magnify an area of the drawing preview .

Automatic Refresh controls whether the software automatically updates the view of the drawing in the Preview panel. By default, this command is active. When the command is turned off, you must use Refresh to manually update the isometric drawing preview.

Refresh updates the view of the drawing in the Preview panel to display any changes to the isometric drawing settings that you have defined since the last refresh action.

  • The View toolbar is available only when a drawing is displayed in the Preview panel.

  • To cancel the active View command, click Select , or right-click anywhere in the Preview panel.
