Meaning: The plate may have too many boundaries or invalid boundaries. In these situations, Smart 3D may not create the leaf parts.

Recovery:

1. Verify that the plate system does not have any excess boundaries. Resolve any ambiguity.

2. Verify that all boundaries make contact at a Molded Forms system level with the plate system.

3. Check for any missing logical connections.

4. Recompute the plate.
