This dialog allows the SmartPlant Electrical administrator to clear the database table that stores the tracking of the changes made in a plant. It is possible to clear all the changes or just the changes that were made during a particular time period. It is also possible to clear the data for a specific SmartPlant Electrical user or all the users.
To access this dialog, in Options Manager, select Tools > Clear Audit Trail.
User name
Allows you to select a specific SmartPlant Electrical user or all the users for whom you want to clear the audit trail.
Filter
Allows you to partially clear the audit trail by setting a time period for a specific SmartPlant Electrical user or all the users.
From date
Allows you to set the starting date for the time period for which you want to clear the audit trail.
To date
Allows you to set the end date for the time period for which you want to clear the audit trail.
Clear all audit trai
Select to clear all the existing audit trail for SmartPlant Electrical.
