SmartPlant Markup Plus setup now checks to see if the Blazon Queue Server and Blazon Job Processor services are installed and started. If one or both services are not installed, an error message appears and the installation will roll back. If both services are installed, but one or both fail to start, a warning message appears and the installation completes.
