Converting a CEL File into a Symbol File - SmartPlant Markup Plus - Version 2019 SP 2 (10.00.02.0022) - Help

1. Click Tools > Symbol Utility.

2. Select the MicroStation CEL file you want to convert to a symbol file.

3. Enter the name you want to give to the new symbol file and specify the location in which it should be saved.

4. Click Convert.
