A member end port should be associated to only one frame connection. If the member end port has more than one related frame connection, it is a problem.

What You Should Do

  1. Ask your database administrator to back up the model.

  2. Supply all information possible that might have led to this situation, and submit this information along with the backup to Hexagon PPM Support.

  3. Open the model.

  4. Select the offending frame connection.

  5. On the ribbon, change the connection to Unsupported.

  6. Then, on the ribbon, change the connection back to the original connection type.
