The Configuration View window is divided into left and right panels. The Options panel always displays on the left side of the Configuration View window (1). The panel that displays on the right of the view window depends on whether you are configuring drawing or report output. For example, if you are configuring drawing output, the Configuration View displays the Drawing Preview panel (2). As you configure the active style, the drawing dynamically updates so that you can view the effect of your drawing property settings.
By default, the drawing view in the Drawing Preview panel updates automatically whenever you modify a drawing property However, if Automatically Refresh 
is turned off, you must click Refresh 
on the View toolbar to manually update the drawing view.
However, if you are defining report output, the right side of the Configuration View window displays the Report Definition panel (3). The Report Definition panel simplifies the process for configuring the standard Isogen reports. The example below shows the report definition for the Material control report.
