Purpose
This section explains how to define an MTR (Material Transfer Report) rule that is used for MTR creation. An MTR number is created using the MTR rule.
Exercise

Open the MTR Rules screen from the Home > Site > Setup > Site Rules > MTR Rules tab.

Click Add Row
to create a new Material Transfer Report rule.

Enter MTR-VA in the MTR Rule field.

Enter MTR Rule in the Short Description and Description fields.

Enter MTR-VA- in the Rule Definition field.

Select 0000 from the LOV in the Rule Definition field.

Select ‘Yes’ for Default, using the dropdown.

Save the changes, and click on ‘Site’ in the Navigation bar, to navigate to the Site Menu.
