Purpose
This section explains how to define a PICS (Physical Count Sheet) rule that is used for creation of physical count sheets. A sheet number is created using the PICS rule.
Exercise

Open the PICS Rules screen from the Home > Site > Setup > Site Rules > PICS Rules tab.

Click Add Row
to create a new PICS rule.

Enter PICS-VA in the PICS Rule field.

Enter PICS Rule in the Short Description and Description fields.

Enter PICS-VA- in the Rule Definition field.

Select 0000 from the LOV in the Rule Definition field.

Save the changes, and click on ‘Site’ in the Navigation bar, to navigate to the Site Menu.
