Opens the Rule Properties dialog, where you can create a new rule. In the dialog, you can either create a rule
name or proceed with defining rule properties. If you only create a rule name and
close the dialog, in the tree view of the main Rule Manager window, the software inserts the rule name below the active folder. If you select
another rule and use the New Rule command, the software creates the new rule in the same folder to which the selected
rule belongs.
In the Rule Properties dialog, the software assigns a default name of New Rule 1 to the new rule. If this name already exists, you must rename the rule manually to ensure rule name uniqueness.
