Creates a new document or template.
Lists the templates available in the Template folder that is located in the folder where you installed the software. Select the template that you want to use to create a new document or template.
You can change the default folder where templates are stored by selecting Options on the Tools menu and setting the folder that you want on the File Locations tab of the Options dialog box. If you change this setting, the Templates list on the New dialog box displays a list of the templates in the folder that you specified.
Set as Normal
Sets the selected template as the default for new documents. You can change the default setting by selecting another template in the list and clicking Set as Normal.
