Issue by line item - Intergraph Smart Materials - Version 5.0 SP1 (5.0.1) - Help - Hexagon PPM

From the Home screen, tap Issue tile.

On the Issue screen, all available MIRs are displayed with the number of line items.

Select an MIR from the list.

A list of warehouses from where the line items can be issued are displayed.

• Tap the location pin to get the warehouse and location information. Turn on the device GPS to use this feature.

• The application displays the location pin only for the warehouses or locations that have the GPS coordinates in the database.

Select a warehouse.

A list of locations where the material can be found is displayed.

Select a location.

A list of line items that are part of the MIR and are available in the selected warehouse and location are displayed. Requested, issued, on hand quantity, and over issued quantity for each item are listed.

• Tap Show Map to view the location of the materials on the map.

  

  After a successful sync of scanned items the MobileScan application displays a notification Updating Inventory while fetching data from the server.

• If the Ident to be issued has multiple positions, then the system will populate the barcodes scanned into the positions based on the lowest position up. Therefore, the first position to be filled for the same ident will be the lowest alphabetically placed position (the bottom 0/1 will be filled first).

  

  You can use the review of MIRs to know exactly where the material on the MIR is found.

Select a line item. You can also scan items from the map by tapping on the map.

To view/filter a specific line item from the list of line items from the MIR, tap and scan a barcode.

From the line item details screen, the user can view the Node, Position, and Heat Number for the material. This can be used when an MIR has multiple line items with the same barcode or ident, allowing you to select the desired material.

(Optional) Select issue date and then tap Save .

By default, the application displays the issue date of the selected line item. You can edit the date based on your requirement.

Update the quantity to be issued, and then tap Save .
