Define data transfer media - Intergraph Smart Reference Data - 2020 (10.0) - Help - Hexagon

You can define the medium of transfer for a supplier to reply to the requests for quotation (RFQ).

1. From the Home page, select Administration > Global Setup > Data Transfer Media.

2. Click Add Row.

3. Type the medium name, short description, description, and then click Save.

The data transfer media provides inputs to how the request for quote (RFQ) must be provided for the supplier and how the supplier must send the bid.
