Configure a SmartPlant Foundation site for SPO Project Execution - SmartPlant Enterprise for Owner Operators - Installation & Upgrade

SPO Project Execution must be configured on a SmartPlant Foundation site.

• If you have imported the site from a previous version of SmartPlant Foundation, SPO Project Execution must be reconfigured.

• You must recycle the application pools for your site after any configuration using Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager to avoid database connection errors.

You can use the following steps to configure a SmartPlant Foundation site for SPO Project Execution:

1. In SmartPlant Foundation Server Manager, expand the SmartPlant Foundation Sites node.

2. On the selected site, right-click SPO Project Execution > Configure site. While configuring a site, ensure the properties are enabled as below:

   • The Is SPO Project Execution configured? property is set to Yes.

   • The SPO Project Execution installation location property indicates the location of the installed software.

   • The SPO Project Execution logging configured property is read-only and set to True to log tracing messages to a log file.

3. The SPO Project Execution log file property displays the location of the SPO Project Execution log file.
