Expediting data can be exported into an Excel spreadsheet.

  1. Click the Expediting task on the dashboard or select Expediting from the Tasks list.

  2. Select an agreement.

  3. Select the Item Shipment Details tab.

    To reduce the number of lines to be exported, apply a filter.

  4. Click the Export button.

    The Export Wizard opens, displaying the default export template which is defined with project default ZP_TPL_XLS, and the auto-generated export file name.

  5. If required to change the template, click Template for Export and select another path and/or file name.

    Alternatively, click File Open next to Template for Export, and select another template file.

  6. To change the export file name, click Export File , and select another file.

  7. Click Next to continue.

    Alternatively, click the Export or Summary tab.

    The export template is analyzed. If problems occur, an error message appears, or the problem description is displayed on the Summary tab.

  8. Optionally, if you want to change the default export options, you can do this on the Export tab as follows:

    • If you want to export not all but only filtered item shipments, select Export the filtered data.

    • If you want to exclude worksheets or columns from export, clear the corresponding check boxes. Mandatory worksheets and columns cannot be excluded.

  9. Click Next, or click the Summary tab.

  10. Click Export to launch the export.

  11. If the export executes without errors, you can click View File to open the export file.

  12. To close the dialog, click Finish.
