The following steps must be performed as part of the migration process:
Step 1: Create the delivered SDB 12.3 database using SDBSetupWizard.exe.
Step 2: Run the upgrade script on the SDB 12.1/SDB 12.2 database.
Step 3: Merge and save data from the source database to the target database to complete the migration/upgrade process.
