Assign users to a role - Intergraph Smart Materials - Version 10.1 - Help - Hexagon

1. From the Master Data navigation panel, click Administration > Role Management, select the role and click Assign.

2. To grant access to projects, click User Access for Projects. Or, stay on User Access for Product Groups to grant access to product groups.

   A product group must be selected on the Project Bar to grant access to product groups.

3. Click Assign User and do the following:

   1. Click User and select a user.

   2. If required, update the Project (Product Group), Discipline and Language.

4. Alternatively, to assign multiple users, click Assign Users , select the users, and click OK.

5. To deactivate an entry, clear the Active checkbox.

   Entries will cleared Active are not considered at the access control procedure.

6. Click Save.

The new entry specifies, that the selected user has access to the selected project (or product group) and discipline with the selected language and role.

To remove a user from the selected role, click Remove User .
