Before starting the actual packing, you need to plan how to deliver the required items in an optimal manner. For planning purposes, you can create preliminary packing lists (PPLs). A PPL contains preliminary packages that share common properties like delivery place, collection point and so on. After finalizing a PPL, you need to submit it to the traffic coordinator. After you submit a PPL, you cannot make any changes to it without approval from the traffic coordinator.
