While Inspection Templates remains behind a feature flag, we’ve completed a new feature that helps you better organize questions when creating an inspection template. Now, you can add categories to group your questions, making it easier to manage and find them later.
Here’s how it works: When you’re on the Questions tab while setting up your inspection template, you’ll see a plus button that when clicked a dialog will open where you can create a new category. Then you simply enter a name for your category and select an "Entity Type" which currently defaults to "Materials".
The create category dialog also has options to clear any text you’ve entered or to cancel the process if you change your mind. You can only create the category once all required information is provided. This enhancement streamlines the process of categorizing questions, making template creation more intuitive and organized.
